My ribbons are all 100% silk, they are raw edged, and are all hand dyed with natural botanicals. (What does that mean?) It means I'm out on my wee farm collecting leaves, flowers, bark etc to extract their natural dyes.

You can often get a bit of marbling on some of the ribbons, its all part of hand dying and to me its part of their beauty.

I gather what is in season so I cannot always repeat those colours until that season rolls around again. I concentrate on small batches so the colours are limited.
