Hi I'm Teri! The face behind Moose Cottage

Moose Cottage is nestled amongst historic trees down Riverside Rd on the outskirts of Gisborne.

Originally I started off running a small scale plant nursery, after approximately 20 years of doing this and a long history of working within the nursery industry I felt ready for a change, of course it had to involve growing plants and working outdoors with nature... so this is how my journey to grow cut flowers began. 

I'm lucky to have the support from my husband Kent who is my biggest fan and always keen to help with anything I need a hand with... which is usually quite a lot and of course our dog Molly is never far away.

Over the past couple of years I have also been researching and working on developing a range of naturally dyed, hand crafted silk ribbons, they seem a perfect compliment to go with flowers.
